Ferme du Malvan – Lou Verne

This 17th-century Provencal farmhouse is located in the Malvan valley between the village of Saint Paul-de-Vence and the baous of the Nice hinterland. Owned by the same family since the early 19th century, it has been occupied by tenant farmers and then by craftsmen. A cabinetmaker currently has a workshop on site.
Spread over three buildings and surrounded by a 5-hectare park, this farmhouse is one of the last relatively intact examples of this type of vernacular agricultural heritage in the Vence region.
The site is very well preserved. The Malvan river flows through the estate, providing refuge for many species of wildlife: herons, ducks, deer, etc.
The farmhouse has a floor area of 350 m2. The building is connected to water and electricity.
A parking lot on the other side of the river can accommodate several dozen vehicles and heavy goods vehicles. A bridge (suitable for vehicles > 35 tons) crosses the river to access the site.
